This most favorite delicacy of my
husband and me is very simple to bake. At the same time it is low calorie (a
lot of filling without fat and sugar!) And even useful, because a lot of pectin
in apples, and baked apple occupies almost the entire pie. So, cut 6 apples in
half and remove the seeds (delete peel optional). Dough (2 sticks (200 g) of
softened butter, 1 cup yogurt or sour cream, 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 6
tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder) place for half-hour in refrigerator.
Then divide it into 12 parts, each roll out thinly and wrap half of apple.
Important to dent ends of ‘nodule’ in the fossa from seeds, otherwise this
place will be thicker than the other, and wil not baked properly. Bake about 30
minutes at 180 C (350F) or 1 hour at 120 C (250F) (I prefer the last). Use
toothpick to check softness of apples.
